The famous Italian restaurant Terroni in Toronto, Canada, a real favourite among A-listers, started out as a little store back in 1992, selling Italian products like olive oil and cheese, and making espresso for their customers. A year later, founders Cosimo Mammoliti and Paolo Scoppio bought a second hand pizza oven and the rest, as they say, is history. Right now, Terroni has three locations in Toronto, two in Los Angeles, a wine bar and two bakeries. We spoke with Cosimo at their restaurant on Adelaide Street in Toronto, inside a former courthouse.
