Ukraine has received more than $100 million in crypto donations since the conflict began, and those funds have gone to several places. Ukraine’s Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation said that about $60 million of those donations went to the fund that is run by the exchange known as Kuna. The rest of those funds have gone to smaller funds that are facilitating Ukrainian military support, especially as he said that things like helmets and vests have been bought with crypto. The funds have also purchased food for troops and those near the front lines. There is an NFT program coming that will represent news stories of the war and support Ukraine’s defense. At press time, Bitcoin was trading at just over $39,000, up slightly in overnight trading.
