Nanga Parbat in the Pakistani Himalayas is the 9th highest peak in the World (8,126 m/26,660 ft). Fairy Meadows (3,300 m/ 10,800 ft) offers stunning views of the mountain and hike up to one of its basecamps. Fairy Meadows is reachable via a 1.5-hour Jeep ride (along a road considered one of the most dangerous in the World) and a 2-3-hour hike.
