Yogasana is a form of posture exercise whose roots lie in the ancient Indian yoga practices. Reverse Warrior Pose (Viparita Virabhadrasana) is a standing balancing pose with an incredible opening in the sides of the torso as well as stretching the legs. This pose is useful for strengthening the hips & quads.
